It works on the unconscious level, the same level our problems and habits lie. These therapies are classified as brief therapies, in which change normally occurs in a short time, typically 1- 6 sessions. As opposed to a common belief (or fear) about hypnosis, Hypnotherapy is not about controlling you or taking the control from you, it's about helping you gain the control back, so you won't have a problem anymore. When practiced by an experienced professional, the process is safe and often enjoyable as well.

She runs her private practice in Brighton QLD, and is invited to conduct workshops for professional hypnotherapists around Australia. Yael is a certified Hypnotherapist, Certified NLP Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner. She has a Masters degree in Social Work. Yael has trained and certified many professionals. Among her graduates and clients there are psychologists, social workers, nurses and doctors.

Yael is a registered Hypnotherapist in the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA) and is a health fund provider.
