Fly Into Harry Potter Trivia Night

Whether you are a witch, wizard, or a muggle, you do not need to attend Hogwarts to be schooled in all things magic. The Full Moon Hotel is hosting a themed Harry Potter Trivia night fit for the whole family this month.
Full Moon Hotel marketing manager Kay Navarro said diehard Harry Potter fans were going to love this themed trivia night and encouraged everyone to come dressed in their favourite costume to have the chance to take home a magical prize.
We'll have a best dressed prize, a winning team prize and some for impersonations, and then we'll have kids prizes as well, Kay said. We are looking into some kid-friendly Harry Potter competitions for the younger ones so it's a bit more interactive for them on the night.
Everyone can just have fun and really show their love for Harry Potter. They can do their Wingardium Leviosa impersonations and really just hone in on how amazing the Harry Potter franchise is. It is a one time, one night thing, so come in and have a laugh and do some trivia.
Kay said typically their trivia nights were held on a Thursday night, but given the success of their Seinfeld-themed event last year, they thought the Wednesday evening might give some newcomers a chance to attend, and school holidays would allow the parents to bring their children.
It builds more of a community by doing themed trivia, every once in a while, she said. Especially because Harry Potter is just such a huge fan favourite even 10 years after the franchise has finished.
Wednesday is also schnitz night at the hotel, with all schnitzels priced at $16 from 5:30pm. They also have an extensive kids' menu to keep the mini witches and wizards happy and full.
We will have a themed special cocktail, and it is free to play trivia, Kay said. We are expecting it to book out as most of our trivia nights do, so bookings are required to lock in your spot.
