The Bracken Ridge Central Lions Club team is busy planning all the exciting entertainment and activities for the 2021 Backyard Bonanza. The event is free and will be held on Sunday, 24 October from 9am to 2pm at McPherson Park, Bracken Ridge.
Bracken Ridge Central Lions Club president Louise Gordon said the club was planning a huge family fun event for this October, after missing 2020 due to COVID.
“We are thrilled to showcase the local schools, organisations and headline band Aussie Aussie Aussie on our stages,” Louise said.
“A special well-loved kids character will make an appearance this year and the Youth Stage is back featuring our amazing local talents. The miniature train rides will be out on the tracks along with food, markets, amusements, science shows, a petting zoo and plenty more free activities for the whole family.”
