Healing from past abuse may be possible in ways you haven’t considered before. A local kinesiologist is inviting members of the community to the Bracken Ridge Library this month for a talk about healing from abuse.
Holistic Kinesiologist Michelle Pantges said attendees would learn about the impact of abuse, suppressed emotions, the role of the subconscious mind, and how healing is possible.
“We can be impacted by abuse in many ways, including feeling there is something wrong with us,” Michelle said. “Feeling alone or powerless, that no-one understands us, low self-worth, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, as well as trust and relationship issues.”
Michelle said her own experiences led her to explore kinesiology and the other healing modalities in which she practices. She has now been practicing kinesiology for ten years.
Michelle said anyone who is interested in healing from their experiences should attend the talk.
“I have helped a lot of people who have suffered different forms of abuse, using kinesiology,” she said. “Most people report feeling less stressed, lighter and more empowered in themselves.”
“By attending the talk, you may come away with knowledge on how to move forward.”
Those interested in attending must contact Michelle directly on 0417 612 803. Numbers are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.
