Taekwon-Do

Bai Rui Taekwon-Do trains Monday and Thursday from 6.00pm to 7.30pm at the Norris Road State School Hall, entrance to carpark is via Pritchard Place, Bracken Ridge. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities and great family discounts are available. The benefits are wide ranging from both physical and mental health fitness, confidence, concentration and importantly self-defence. Respect, courtesy, tolerance, perseverance, self control are all on display in class and students learn in a safe and supportive environment. The instructors each have 30 years experience in the Art and have helped many students reach their goals. We are an inclusive club and welcome students who may have additional needs.
